Wet granulation
We manufacture granules and powders by means of classical granulation with subsequent tray drying or the latest fluid bed technology.

Compaction
Additionally to fluid bed and wet granulation we also offer you a compaction process.
For this purpose we have three fully automated plants with continuous documentation, a closed container-to-container system with a throughput of approximately 100 kg per hour.

Blending
Performance is paramount for our container blending plant:

Tabletting
Due to the variety of tools available, modern tablet presses offer our customers the opportunity to rationally press the various tablet formats in large quantities.
All tablet presses are fitted with container filling systems and metal detectors. We boast a production capacity of more than 4.5 billion tablets per year.

Capsule filling
Wiewelhove possesses all standard formats of 4 to 00 and 0 elongated for the filling process, for an annual capacity of 800 million capsules.

Film coating
Thanks to the latest coating systems, film coating can be done for batch sizes of up to 800 kg. At the same time, film coatings with organic solvents can be processed.

Sugar coating
By using a large number of coating tanks with a wide variety of different volumes, an annual capacity of 600 tonnes of sugar coated tablets can be processed for batch sizes of 80 to 400 kg

Bottling
In order to meet the demand for a wide and modern range of services, ours also includes the filling and final packaging of solid dosage forms in plastic bottles or glass containers.
Each product can therefore be filled, labelled and packaged in collapsible boxes at our company, entirely in accordance with each customer's wishes.

Blistering & Packaging
The sealing of customers' products is done quickly and flexibly with several thermoforming lines – for an annual capacity of 100 million blisters.
The packaging of blister packs is done in collapsible boxes sized between 20 and 200 mm high. We also offer the packaging of your finished product in fully assembled displays.
