The quality control of raw materials and finished products is an integral part of the value chain. Precise quality inspections require modern equipment and procedures. Our technical equipment includes HPLC, GC, IR, UV, TOC, automatic dissolution testers, NIR technology and DC photo documentation. Our equipment is always state-of-the-art.
We work strictly according to validated methods. Furthermore, we support you with necessary updates of your procedures and dossiers and develop new, effective methods. The execution of stability tests according to ICH-climate zones in large climate chambers is also part of our service.
Quality assurance
Our quality assurance system is a living, well-functioning system that meets all international standards. In addition to GMP certification, we hold certificates according to DIN ISO 13485 and also comply with the International Featured Standard (IFS-Food).
Wiewelhove is approved as a manufacturer in many countries. All employees receive regular training in order to live our quality system consistently and put it into practice.
