New bottle filling line

With the installation of a new bottle filling line from Deckert, Wiewelhove has significantly strengthened itself in the field of bottle filling.

The machine with the filling module from Cremer processes up to 3,000 bottles of 100 (film-) tablets, capsules or dragees per hour, which are then directly packaged by a cartoning machine from Jakob & Wienmeier.

The supply of plastic bottles is carried out in bulk by a bottle-stand type FS 1200 via a bunker and elevator with its own drive and level monitoring.

The fully automatic monobloc machine type TVM 738 processes bottles up to a diameter of 75 mm and up to a height of 150 mm. The integrated CREMER counting module with its servomotor drives guarantees a 100% counting accuracy.

New Tablet Press

With the installation of the tableting system Korsch XL 400 MFP new possibilities arise for the future. The Korsch is equipped with a change-over rotor, which allows quick change from Euro B to Euro D formats. The precompression and main compression have identical pressing forces. The pressure holding time is extended by a specific rail. Due to this design, even difficult tablets with can be produced with an output of up to 300,000 tablets / h .
As an interesting addition, this machine also offers the option of two-layer tablets. The new machine is fed either directly from the container or, in the case of large batches, from the 2000-liter container via vacuum conveying.
The next investment is the acquisition of an additional capsule machine in preparation.

SOP system

Wiewelhove changed its SOP system to an electronic version of the document management D3 of Develop. The new system has now been trained and successfully launched. In future updating, managing, training and approval of SOPs and work instructions are dealt with in D3. This introduction is a further step in the meaningful digitization of processes at Wiewelhove after the contract management has already been introduced in D3 last year.
All processes which needs to be approved are signed with an electronic signature. All employees instruction profiles were deposited so that training can be done individually. In addition to reading trainings classroom trainings are still held, depending on the subject.
Every employee has access to the applicable SOP´s according his individual profile via his account. Training managers can always get an idea about the training status of their employees and can offer targeted support.
